I thank all the people who said to buy a half size up so I'm going to repeat that here. I own a few different pairs of Fryes (Rory, Carson, Harness 12R, Jane 14L) and take a 7 is all of them. The Billy shafts are pretty slim and yes, i did order a 7 1/2 based on the other reviews and I just got it on and only panicked a little trying to get them off. I could see a 7 being to tight. I got the stone wash and I don't know if that treatment would affect anything. Also, I know the stone wash is supposed to be antiqued but be prepared to see really chewed up looking bottoms (including the sides of the rubber bottoms). Also, this is another style that is made in Mexico if that concerns you. So far the Harness 12s are the only ones I have made in the USA. |
