Finally I pulled the trigger, and honestly couldn't be happier. I'm 5,3" and 150 lbs however I'm pretty equally proportioned and have a hard time with boots because of my calves. They are 15 1/2 to 16. Therefore boots scare me. These are slouch boots so the calf is thinner, however they fit perfectly and have give in the top "belt" if you need more room. They fit like a normal boot and only have a little "slouch" effect when put on. This may be more of an effect with more use. I usually wear a 9 1/2 but got a 10 and they are great- for the reason of putting and insole in. The arch is fantatic but the footbed will need a little cushion. I never spend money like this but honestly worth it. I just worked a 6 hour bartending shift in them and had to write this review to say how pleased I am. Can't wait to put an insole in them, then PERFECTION!!!!! |
